Thanks to my foodie friend’s arrangement, i am surprised to taste some authentic Shanghai dishes in London. The chef recommends some seasonal dishes with ingredients of Spring. We had a full banquet, from starter to desert each dish is well prepared and very tasty. Finally the light dessert is both tasty and nutritious. Highly recommend to pre-book the organic chicken appetiser 凉拌走地鸡 and spring bamboo shoot and smoked ham soup 腌笃鲜！
